Jake Van Nostrand - Head Coach
Van Nostrand took over as head coach in 2019 at USC after serving as assistant coach and defensive coordinator for the Trojans in the 2018 season. Prior to that, Van Nostrand spent two years of coaching varsity lacrosse at Corona Del Sol in Arizona and was a varsity assistant at Baldwin in New York from 2006-2009. He helped lead Baldwin to a Nassau County championship appearance. Van Nostrand's playing experience started at Baldwin High School on Long Island where he was the captain, leading scorer and All-County selection for the county runner-up team. He continued onto Salisbury Prep in Connecticut where he again became team captain and an All-New England selection. In college Van Nostrand played for Gettysburg College and was a two-time team captain and two-time NCAA All-American in Division III. He played in two national championships during his career at Gettysburg and finished third all-time in points at the school.

Luke Dixson – Offensive Coordinator
Luke Dixson joined the team as offensive coordinator in 2021. Dixson played attack at the University of Pennsylvania.
JJ Ntshaykolo - Defensive Coordinator
JJ joined the team as defensive coordinator in 2021. Ntshaykolo played defense at Brown University where he was an All-Ivy player.
Executive Board
Kenton Wilson - Co-President
Kenton is a senior midfielder from Tustin, CA entering his second year on the executive board. At USC, Kenton studies Business Administration with an emphasis on real estate finance. Kenton is a member of the Global Investment Society, Marshall Real Estate Finance Association, and the Sigma Nu fraternity. After graduation, Kenton hopes to work in investment management.

Christian is a senior midfielder from Lancaster, PA entering his first year on the executive board. He is majoring in International Relations and Global Business and Journalism. He is a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.

Seb is a junior defenseman from San Francisco, CA entering his third year on the executive board. On-campus, Seb is studying in Real Estate Development and is a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

Landon is a junior midfielder from Santa Cruz, CA entering his second year on the executive board. He is majoring in Human Biology and minoring in the Science and Management of Biomedical Therapeutics. He is also a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity.

Parker is a junior midfielder from Palo Alto, CA entering his first year on the executive board. He is majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.

Management Team
Charlie Meister - General Manager
Charlie grew up on Long Island, where he was one of four brothers to play for Deer Park High School. All four of the Meister brothers continued their lacrosse careers at Brown University where they each captained their respective graduating years from 1971 – 1981 and the Meister/Kavan Field is named in their honor. Charlie received his MBA from USC in 1990 in Entrepreneurial Studies and Global Marketing. He started the first youth lacrosse program in LA County which directly led to the start of CIF High School Lacrosse in the Southern Section. After working with the USC team during the Fall '13 and seeing how hard the players worked, he decided he would volunteer to help them get organized. Under Charlie's leadership, they reestablished the Executive Board - which runs the organization and makes all the decisions. Charlie heads all administrative and recruiting operations.
